BEIJING, October 11 (TiPost) -- China exported 444,000 vehicles in September, an increase of 9% compared to the previous month and a 47.7% increase compared to the same period last year, according to data from the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).
In the first nine months, China's automobile exports reached 3.388 million units, a 60% increase compared to the same period last year. The export growth of new energy vehicles was significantly higher than that of traditional fuel vehicles.
In September, the export of new energy vehicles reached 96,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 92.8%. In the first nine months, the export of new energy vehicles reached 825,000 units, a 1.1-fold increase compared to the same period last year.
